Oxford or Cambridge are the top two.
The first thing you need to do is to apply to the schools you'd like to get into.

Why the UK? do we educate you better than other countries? This years university intakes will probably be full but why ask us, contact them and ask how much it will cost you to come and live and train in the UK where unemployment is high, housing bad, and salary low.
