I've just been searching the net trying to find an answer to that too. I came across some info on the Scottish Parliament's website saying that 2005, 2006 and 2007 graduates will still have to pay. I took a loan to cover the endowment (I graduated in 2005). I think it's so unfair and have emailed MSPs to tell them so. Doubt i'll hear back. Do you think it would be useful to get some sort of petition going?
