Is there something wrong next to this sentence:

B cells are a type of white blood cell.

make out b-cells is plural, and this is saying "a type" which is singular.

abet please!


Answers:    It's fine just as it is.
It sounds right to me. but so does B cell is a type of white blood cell...in fact B cells sounds right.
