Answers:    This is very typical for me as in good health. I do well adjectives semester, then I grasp completely burned out. I find that doing simple things, like taking a stride, help keep hold of me focused. You have to give somebody a lift short breaks every now and later (even just an hour) so you don't touch completely overwhelmed. I am in equal boat...I think it is the stress of the holiday season. You miss your domestic and it is intensified during the holiday season..try to just win through the next few weeks and it will probably go and get better. Someone told me it could be the fact that here is less sunlight in a minute..you get depressed because you are not outside as much during the winter. Try to jump for walks if you enjoy the time..don't quit school...you will perceive worse because you gave up on something that have been high-status to you. Major changes contained by your life can trigger depression so try to hold everything on an even keel. Hang in at hand!
