I am 32 and I am a senior this year. My degree will be in biochemistry, I took the MCATs and plan on attending medical school next year. I waited because I started a family right out of high school. I always knew I would go back and so I have.
I went back to school at 46 years old and completed an MBA an MST and CAGS and I still take courses whenever the mood strikes. I am 62 and a life time learner. It's just a lot of fun to prove to yourself that you can still do it.
I'm not in my 30's or 40's but I'm in my first year of grad school. I've seen a variety of people ranging in skin tones, languages, and age. Do not be afraid of going (or going back) to school because you're older. College isn't high school. Nobody cares how old you are - you become peers of your classmates and thats that. You should choose a career and then go for it.
