Anybody who has attended Howard University?

Question:I'm going to be living in the Annex, but I don't really know the real size of the dorm. Does anybody have an idea or picture of the size of the room? If so will 2 trunks be too much?

Answers:
I graduated from Howard. You are lucky to live in the Annex! Very lucky! What is your room assignment? The annex has suites where two people (who have seperate rooms) share a bathroom or the single with bathroom. Which one do you have? At any rate, I would say they are all the same size (the singles can be a little bit bigger, without any noticeable difference from the doubles). The rooms are average size. I'm telling you do not look for a master bedroom. There are not any of those! The trunks can fit but you will have less space for your other necessities. If all you have are two trunks, you can unpack them and put your items in the closet. The rooms come with a chest of drawers, desk and twin size bed. The closet is small so you're going to have the trunks somewhere in your room taking up some space. If you bring them and store them elsewhere, then that may be an option. I wish I could get pics of the insides for you but Howard rarely has those. I took pics of my dorm when I was a Freshman but I don't remember where I put them (LOL)...Hoped that info helped...If you need anything else...email me!
2 trunks is fine... bring 3 if you want.
thanx betch
