Anyone been to grad school for neuroscience?

Question:where did you go? are you there now? How tough were admissions?

I can't say that I have although I would love to have the level of intelligence to embark on such an ambitious program :) Mayim Bialik from that 90's sitcom 'Blossom' has her Ph.d. in neuroscience though I'm not sure which school she went to. I believe that Brown University (one of the ivy leagues?) has such a program. I'm sure that admissions to such a program are quite competitive and include one's gpa (grade point average) from undergraduate school as well as letters of recommendations and standardized test scores and grades in any of the prerequisite courses. Just out of curiosity, are you planning to do research with your degree? It is such an interesting topic and the brain and nervous system are so intricate. Good luck to you!
