Answers:
Do you mean your class rank? Such as saying you are 9th in your class, or first in your class?
If that is so, homeschoolers figure different methods, some just say they are first in a class of one.
Others take a normed test, and look at how many were in the norming group, then if they use the percentage to figure "class" rank.
For instance, the if test was normed with 100 students, and you scored in the 90th percentile, then you were tenth in your "class" of 100, because ten people were ahead of you. If there were 200 people were in the norm group and you scored in the 90th percentile, you find out what 90% of 200 is (180), that is how many students were below you, so now you figure how many were above you by subtracting 200-180=20. You were 20th in a class of 200. Just to make it easier to read, some people will reduce this just like a fraction. 20/200 = 2/20 so you could say you were second in a class of 20.
Other homeschoolers have devised other ways of figuring this.
So if that is what you were asking, I hope I cleared it up for you a little. Whatever you do, you should always be ready, as a homeschooler, to explain how class ranking was determined, because some colleges will ask.
Ok...I hate to answer a question with a question but, are you asking what grade or education level you should be classified by? As in doing 5th grade math and 7th grade creative writing.
If that is the question you can have a certified teacher evaluate you or take standardized tests like the Iowa SAT or your state's standardized test.
