I have a 10th grader this year. We are still working out her schedule, but I can show you what we have so far.
7:30 wake up, morning activities (hygiene pets fed ect), Breakfast
8:30 devotional
8:45 meet with mom
9:15 work independently (math or language arts, co op work)
11:30 lunch and break
12:30 back to work (science, history, co-op work)
2:30 spanish
3:00 check with mom
We have a lot of adjusting to do because she may be taking a class at the local school as well. She will have assignments each day she has to accomplish, but picks what time she wants to do them.
Hope that helps.
im in 7th grade. i have a normal scedual, and i do schoolwork in the middle of the night. i know its weird, but that is how it works for me. i used to like to do it when i woke up but then i realized i was way to tired and it seemd to much like public school. i dont use that program but i dont think it can be that different.
I like Luv_2's approach.
While we DO have to WORK to a scheudle to meet with the real world, the lines on that are getting vague with work at home stiuations.
I think Education works BEST when the MOTIVATED student is free to learn when they are the most receptive.
THe less MOTIVATED student DOES need supervision and a schedule.
