Writing Question!!?

Question:okay well the technique is called the magic 3. Where you ask three powerful questions in a row. How would you write is out.

here is an example: since the day my brother moved out all i have heard is Why cant you pay you bills? What are you thinking? What have you been buying?

would you add commas between every question, add quotations or just leave it. Please this paper is due tomorrow.

Answers:
It would be cleaner if you conclude your first sentence with a colon, then follow with the quotes.

Example: Since the day my brother moved out all I have heard is the same thing: "Why can't you pay your bills? What are you thinking? What have you been buying?"

I assume it's your brother that is saying this but it is somewhat vague.
I'd say quotations.
Both of the following are correct. The second indicates that you are getting three questions at once, while the first indicates that you are getting one question at a time.

Since the day my brother moved out, all I have heard is "Why can't you pay you bills?", "What are you thinking?", and "What have you been buying?"

Since the day my brother moved out, all I have heard is "Why can't you pay you bills? What are you thinking? What have you been buying?"
