19x+(10-x)3 its says to simplify by combining like terms please help im really bad at math?

Answers:
First factor the 3 to get
19x+30-3x

Then combine like terms to get
16x + 30

Like Terms are terms with the same variable, so as in the above example 19x and 3x are like terms because they both have x in them. However x and x^2 are not like terms because one is x and the other is x squared, instead of just x.

Hope this helps.
16x+30
19X+30-3x
16x+30
You have 19x
Now multiply (10-x) by 3
You get 30-3x
put them together and you get:
19x+30-3x
You take 19x-3x and you get 16x (they are like terms because they both contain x's)
So, the final answer issss:
16x+30
:)
