3. | x + 2 | + | x + 5 | >= 10

-10 >= ( x + 2 + x + 5 ) >= 10

-10 >= 2x +7 >= 10

-17 >= 2x >= 3

-17/2 >= x >= 3/2 <-- (answer!)
