Call your local United Way. They may be able to give you a name.
But you may want to pay REALLY close attention to ads. You can get school supplies really cheap if you go to a variety of stores. One may be selling glue for $.29 and one selling paper for $.25 and anouther folders for $.10. They use a couple items to pull people in. But if you only buy those couple really cheap things, you should be able to get most of what you need really cheap!
