What are the pros and cons of the SAT and the ACT?

Answers:    I don't know about pros and cons, but these are some of the differences between them.

ACT:
Missing an answer doesn't take off points, so if you run out of time, random bubbling is push button!
Has English, reading, math, and science, and they're always surrounded by that same order so you know what to expect.

SAT:
Missing an answer deduct 1/4 of a point, so don't random bubble!
Has math, critical reading, and writing within random demand, except the essay's always first.
