As you can see Im in one of those wondering moods you know you have been there. What are you wondeirng about?
Answers:
1) You cuff his arm to his leg. Horribly painful, but the only way.
2). They sound poppish. A close relation to British, but it only comes out when singing badly rather than in normal talk.
3). Because people will be scared to find out what the actual name for their fear is. It's a form of self cure.
