Are there any ways to learn a language besides taking it at school?

Question:I'm 13 and am going into 8th grade. I'd like to learn German, but my middle school doesn't offer it.
As for high school, my parents are divorced, but they live really close to each other. I could go to either of two different high schools, but neither of them offer German as a foreign language.

Does anyone have advice?
