There's no point. The Quran should be read in Arabic , not binary.
You can do it for free without needing to buy a digital Quran if you have an MP3 player or a PDA by downloading appropriate files and you might find it's cheaper to buy a cheap Palm and use that. www.Ebuyer.com do a Palm IIIXE Palm 8MB RAM OS 4.1 OEM for just £24.99 which will probably hold it. Just check first on file sizes.
The references I gave should help you. In reality, I just put Quran Download in my search engine and found lots of free ones (I got these both off the first page). The text download I've referenced lets you specify other languages as well as English.
