I am wondering what the employment prospects are for a 1st year high school science teacher in....?

Question:I am wondering what the employment prospects are for a 1st year high school science teacher (graduating in 2007) in the following locations: Twin Cities, MN; Madison, WI; South Bend, IN; Urbana Champaign, IL. Major is a double in Biology and Secondary Ed. from Wheaton College (IL). Can anyone speak from current/past experience about likelihood of employment, salary, benefits? Any info and advice would be appreciated!
