A question that most of us back to schoolers are asking?

Question:Like most teens my age, during the entire summer we've been staying up all night and sleeping all day. Actually i'd go to sleep around 2pm and wake up at 11pm. So do you guys have any tips on how we fix our internal clock so that when school comes around and we have to wake up at 6:30, so that in this last week of summer i can start getting tired earlier and waking up earlier?

I find this option exhausting but it works. I stay up for 24++ hours straight, until it is around the appropriate time to go to bed. That usually resets my internal clock enough to get me in a groove.
I just try to go to bed early, and set an alarm to wake up to, even if i don't get up for it. I also just wait for the day back and just force myself up. Not the best idea but it works for me.
i use sleeping pills for the first week or so of school... just long enough to get my body use to goin to bed at 9 and waking up at 6 as obosed 2 in the morning till noon...
