Everyone has some good songs so I would like to add:
The Sneeze Song:
when your head is stuffy and you feel so fussy and you have to sneeze all day 'ACHOO'
then I am told that I have a cold and it makes me feel this way 'ACHOO' (make sure that you have a tissue or hankie to do your sneeze in---this teaches Hygeine)
The Color Song:
Orange as a Carrot
Yellow as a Pear
Green as the Grass
Brown as a Bear
Purple as a Plum
and Blue as the Sky
Black as a Kitty Cat
and Red as Cherry Pie.
Also check your local Store in the Music Section or Toys as they have lots of great CDs with music that Toddlers and Preschoolers can relate to.
Old Sesame Street's have some AWESOME songs that Bert and Earnie sing.
"Here we go, here we go, here we go!..."
Sorry, I don't recall the second verse...

*Any Songs With Counting In Them
Kids love the Raffi songs like Baby Beluga and Down by the Bay and Shake Your Sillies Out. They are catchy, different from the typical "twinkle twinkle little star" nursery rhyme songs, and easy to learn. Some have movements that the kids can do to the songs! Great for toddlers! Our kids listened to Raffi songs when they were little and loved them all!
