What type of preschool has a low tuition because parents have to donate there time there? odenton, MD?

I believe you are referring to co-op schools. Parents are required to volunteer certain times a month. They help out in the classroom by assisting the teacher. Sometimes they perform other duties, such as cleaning or administrative duties. Check out this website for more information and links to specific schools in your area. You can also do a quick google search of "coop preschools" or something similar.

I dont know about specific places in your area but HeadStart, which is a free federally funded preschool program that asks parents to help in the classroom, is always a good idea.and some other preschool programs ususally associated with local elementary schools do the same or similar programs
