Can I copyright a quote I thought of? How?

Answers:
You can't.
Only if you connect it to a product. For example, 'I'm lovin' it' for McDonalds. Other than that, you would have an extremely hard time proving that you were the first person ever to arrange those words in that way.
The poor man's copyright is to write it down and mail it to yourself to get the postmark, then don't open the sealed envelope.
