Does vacaville have an office for the mentally retarded and developmental disabilities?

Question:is there an office of the mentally retarded and developmental disabilities in california if so ,is there a branch in vacaville?

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for, but you probably looking for the regional center that provides services to people with mental retardation from birth through death basically. The north bay regional center covers vacaville and their actual office is located in Napa. For school aged children there is also the county office of education that has an office in Fairfield.
Not related to your question, just about your use of the term "retarded". This term is very politically incorrect, try 'impaired' in future. You run the risk of offending someone using antiquated terms like that.
