Do teachers in Interrelated Special Education work with paraprofessionals or other teachers?

In Texas, I have never seen a class or met a special ed. teacher who hasn't had a paraprofessional...even teachers in an integrated classroom that has 2 licensed teachers.
depends on the school district and budget of course
By law - If a teacher has more than 8 students a parapro HAS to be assigned to the classroom.
Some are required, depending on the law of that state.
