If your dyslexic like me, why are some words like dyslexia so hard to spell?

Question:there are many words like that, why can't they make it easyer

Answers:
Sarah, how do u know u r dyslexic? Have you been diagnosed? So many people don't know ( I am not talking about those that make mistakes) how to spell simple words- and they never call themselves dyslexic.
Then we can all call ourselves dyslexic cos there are so many sophisticated words out there that we need to check the spell. .

Is "because" too sophisticated for you?
That is ironic isn't it! It's like , why is infinitesimal such a big word?
If you are dyslexic, many words are hard to spell because of the nature of the condition that doesn't allow you to place the letters in the right places in the word.

Why does your nose run, and your feet smell?

In English, WWW is the longest possible three-letter acronym to pronounce, requiring nine syllables. Yet 'World Wide Web' only requires three syllables, therefor is three times quicker to say than its acronym!
eye downt knowe. eye gess its hao wee enterperut thengs.
I'm not dyslexic and I still have to use spell-check... Don't let it get you down.
Only the middle-class or better are dyslexic, anyone below that is just stupid.
I know what you mean. Words like right, weight, might, night etc. That gh in the middle is a bit confusing lol. Be easier if it was spelt rite, wate, mite, nite etc. Some of the English language spelling is very difficult. My spelling is mostly ok now but I do get caught out with some of the longer words. I I did struggle with my spelling when I was younger. My Nan took me to a place after school where a retired teacher used an old technique to teach me how to read and write. She taught me the soundings of letters put together like ai ay all sounded A in a word like wait, play, maid etc and that made it a lot easier to learn they should use that method in schools today.

Why does "lisp" have a sybillant S in it? Isn't that a bit mean, making people with lisps have to say it out loud? Why does monosyllabic have five syllables? Why is abbreviation such a long word?

Why is there only one Monopolies Commission? How did they come to make a sequel to the Neverending Story?
dontt worry but its because, when you are reading you pick up these words and spellings as being dyslexic you look at the first and last letter and take that in more than the others so when it comes to spelling its an area of diffuculty.
dyslexia isn't anything to do with spelling words incorrectly, its about spelling correctly but putting the letters in the incorrect way .I will give you an instance a simple word like Dear Mummy, you would write Daer ect ect like what I have just done with etc etc the words are spelt correctly but in the wrong order.Hope that helps I sometimes suffer with this problem like I done with the etc etc I had not done that intentionally I am concentrating like mad to put the words in the right order O.K
I've been dyslexic for many years, but you can overcome it. I used to write out the alphabet constantly (still do in fact) I still have problems recognising some words and even reading, what one person reads and understands, to me it means something entirely different. Just take you time and I find it better to write on a creamy- yellow background it makes the words stand out more for me. Same goes for reading I choose books with creamy-yellow paper. I even print out on creamy-yellow paper. Good luck and I hope this helps.
