Is the tickle online IQ test any good? Where can i find other reputablle free online tests?

Question:I scored a 142 on it. All my answers were correct in the report they sent me. Is 142 the top score. If not why did they rate me at 142 if all my answers were correct? The report also said all my tested abilities were in the 90 to 100 percentile.

I don't think Tickle is an accurate test. I scored a 140 on it. I could be wrong, though. I think it's just for entertainment purposes.
