Does the S.A.T to get into college expect you to be fluent in another language if you take the language part?

Question:I saw a practice for it and the Spanish questions are hard.

Collegeboard, in general, tries hard to make certain language tests doable for learners and non-cakewalk-ish for native speakers.

Because many test takers are fluent in Spanish, Chinese, etc. (as compared to French or Latin), those language exams can be expected to be harder.

I sympathise with you--I had a choice between Spanish and Latin, and picked Latin for the very reason above.
