Ok, so I'm a senior in high school and I am not going to a university or 4 year college for that very matter. But I dont really have the money or time for an ACT and I refuse to take the SAT. I'm wondering if someone can help me find colleges here in Tennessee that don't require me to have an ACT? Preferably art schools. Thank you. And uh, no smart *** answers either.
