I am doing diploma in Leather Technology can I can do MBA?

why not, if u have the reequired educational qualifications for MBA
of course go ahead
No. A diploma, in most countries, is not the equivalent to a US bachelor's degree. Reputable MBA programs require you to have a bachelor's degree.

There are a few that do not. If you have a diploma, and you have at least 3-4 years of quality work experience, and good test scores, then the University of London extension programme's MBA may be of interest. That's a good quality program, but it does admit a few students who don't have a full bachelor's.
Dear Sachin, your diploma should be equivalent to a bachelor degree.
Nope u cant.. U require atleast a bachelor degree of any stream and if u wanna do it in real good institutions train urself for CAT
