How to be waived from GRE or GMAT test requirment in order to get PhD admission at Canadian universities?

Question:I am a potential PhD condidate

The GRE is a big deal in the United States but much less so in Canada. The GMAT is only relevant if you are going for an MBA. If you have a Master's Degree, as I assume you must have if you want to start a Ph.D. programme, these tests are of very little relevance.
I've never heard of anyone getting away with that. I would suggest you purchase the study materials for the test(s) and just do it. How did you get into grad school without taking them?

Hope it works out for you!
