Curious to know about the Brittish Education System offered in International schools?

Question:I am an elementary school music specialist and really yearning to work in an International school, any where really. Very often the positions that are advertised look for someone with experience or understanding of the Brittish system, but being in Australia, how can I find out more about this system and teaching overseas generally? Thanks for any ideas.
