Does The Butterfly Effect Exist?

Yes and no. All things in the universe are tied together and affect each other. But, just like dropping a stone in a pond, the ripples fade over space and time. A butterfly would cause very few 'ripples'. A nuclear bomb, on the other hand, could change history forever.

That depends. I would say it does, but it requires a series of lucky (or unlucky) coincidences to manifest as a small event causing a much larger one.
