Are the new Presidential Dollar Coins minted at both the Denver and Philadelphia mints?

The P and D are mint marks for Philadelphia and Denver. What's different about the Presidential Dollars is that the mint mark letters are on the edge of the coin, along with the date of the coin, and the In God We Trust motto. On all other US coins, now and in the past, this information would appear on one side or the other of the coin -- not the edge.
